Information For Nonprofit Clients
Benefits for Nonprofits
Nonprofit leaders are often so busy focusing on the day-to-day challenges of running an organization that they don’t have time to step back for big-picture strategy projects. By leveraging a team of student consultants coached by McKinsey & Company management consultants, nonprofits get the fresh perspective and analytic skills they need to operate at a higher level.
The S3 teams provide 900 hours of high-value, affordable consulting for nonprofits and public organizations. You’ll get actionable results from a team of Haas MBAs and McKinsey consultants. Their innovative solutions to complex strategic issues are rooted in the latest academic and consulting thinking in strategy, marketing, finance, and more.
Student Team Profile
Diverse student teams — comprised of MBAs, students from other graduate programs, and an undergrad — produce creative, smart solutions. Each team is led by a student with solid management consulting experience. Berkeley-Haas instructors Nora Silver and Paul Jansen teach all team members about theories, frameworks and best practices.
